Hey everyone my name is Phil Miranda and welcome to my "Cash Gifting Blog"!

I'll start by saying that I'm like you!

When I say I'm like you I'm referring to the fact that we are all interconnected in this wonderful journey called LIFE.

Each of us is born with an inner desire to succeed in every aspect of life....No matter who you are. Think about it....A person is not created to think negative about themselves, since we have all made it to this earth by overcoming incredible odds to say the least, yet some are conditioned to experience negativity, and accept it as part of their human fabric at an early age, and this is where WE as human beings that are interconnected, intercede in trying to help uncover the truth, that WE are all winners in our own unique way.

The potential to rise above, and beyond is already within us all, it's not something we must chase, or wish for, but something we must simply acknowledge, and naturally accept as our birthright. With that said I've been married for 15 years to the most wonderful, understanding, and encouraging woman in my universe. I'm also the proud and very grateful father of five spectacular children who continue to help keep me young....physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I can honestly, truthfully say without a shadow of a doubt, that I'm a BLESSED man!

My children range in age from 6-19

My 6 yr. old son is intent on becoming one of our communities "Bravest" he'll achieve his dream of being a Firefighter, while my 9 yr. old daughter has her ambitions leaning toward providing pets with the best care possible in her continued quest at becoming a Veterinarian, my 11 yr. old son has his passions awaiting him on a Major League baseball diamond, while my 13 yr. old daughter is fine tuning her acting skills and readying herself to shine in Hollywood, and last but not least is my 19 yr. old son who's already living out his dream that he had as a child in becoming a United States Marine.

My Sudden Reinvention!

It all started in 1989 when I moved from my native New York City to sunny San Diego, California in search of a better environment and of course a much nicer climate.

In San Diego I became a certified California process server and sub contracted work with several different law firms and attorney services during that time. I was introduced to the real estate and mortgage industry in 1990 during a visit to the San Diego register of deeds while out skip tracing a subject I was trying to serve.

During that particular day at the register of deeds I noticed two well dressed gentlemen coming out of an adjacent office to the one I was entering, and what really caught my eye was the way these two guys were high fiving each other just like they'd won a million bucks! I found myself curious after I had completed my reason for my visit to the register of deeds and wandered back into the hallway when I approached some folks that were still lingering around the adjacent office to where the two well dressed guys came out of and ask them what happened, and why were those guys so excited. A middle aged gentleman answered me and said that the two guys I saw exiting the office and high fiving each other were the winning bidders on a prime piece of real estate they had just purchased at a steal during a real estate auction held at that spot 20 minutes prior to my arrival…..Instantly I was HOOKED!

After that inspiring, life changing day I spent every free minute at the public library studying anything and everything real estate and within 120 days had my very first real estate deal under my belt. Right after my first real estate deal I was introduced to the secondary private mortgage market, and this was during the times when very few heard about this industry, of course now you can't flip through the channels without some mortgage or real estate guru pitching their product, but that's a whole other story I won't get into now.

I did my first secondary private mortgage transaction in late 1990 and was shocked about how lucrative this industry was and how I could literally build a career doing this.

Fast forward a bit to 1993

I relocated to North Carolina with real estate/mortgage experience and was stunned to realize that at the time folks out here did NOT embrace the creative, and innovative, financing techniques that were utilized in California. Nonetheless I went on to work for a local mortgage banker in my area rising to the management position and earning the trust, and respect of my peers, but most importantly my clients.

Please do not take this as boasting, but in my 13 years (1993-2006) not one person ever backed out of a mortgage loan that I had originated, to the contrary I still have to this date the letters of appreciation from folks I helped during my tenure in the mortgage industry. Well....as most of you know by now the mortgage industry is in shambles and the firm I worked for closed its doors in 2006 and I as well as many others that worked for our company were left UNEMPLOYED!

Fortunately, I had a few months in savings put away, but I had to reinvent myself FAST! And by February 2006 I entered the online business world like may do via Ebay. With some of my savings I partnered with my buddy and together purchased truckloads worth of wholesale merchandise which we would turn around and sell on Ebay for a modest profit.

In November 2006 I started affiliate marketing and had success with it rather quickly to the tune of $75,000 in my first year with only $150 invested in advertisement and $300 for my domain name, and high speed internet provider fees. Now some of you may think that $75,000 is not a lot of money, in fact for me it's modest since I was topping the low six figures during the mortgage industry heyday but I consider this experience to be more powerful due to the fact that I have been able to generate that type of cash without any online marketing knowledge and very little advertising cost.

The first rule of marketing for me is this.....There is NO RULE

Except for spamming of course!!! I believe that this approach has helped me because online marketing is a creative, innovative force that has no ends, due to its ever evolving nature and with that being said I'm like that child that's always excited when his bedtime story is being read for the thousandth time cause each word seems different and each night brings about a new imaginative thought.

This is why I decided to partake in the cash gifting activity and accepted the invitation by my inviter into Abundant Living System.
